We love Dr. Burgos. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining things to me whenever I don’t understand something. My son has been seeing her since he was around 9 months old and he will now be 3 y.o. next month, during this period of time Dr. Burgos and her team have created a safe place for him to receive care that whenever he now gets sick he asks for her. Dr. Terran (not sure if spelled correctly) seems to be in the practice now and she is extremely kind too and takes time to provide patient care education, my son also felt comfortable with her which he normally doesn’t take well to other doctors outside the practice whenever we’ve had to visit urgent care or ER. There’s one nurse who always remembers us by name and makes sure to greet us even if she is not the one helping us that day. Front desk is always kind and helpful as well. Little things like that are so important for children to see so that they can feel welcomed and cared for.

At first I was scared to change pediatrics since I had bad experience with my old one. but now I do not regret it at all. This place is awesome and very clean, I love how they have separate rooms for sick and non sick patients to keep babies from getting sick. The front desk lady was very sweet and helpful. The Medical Assistant was awesome, smiled and was very sweet to my baby like she was family. Dr. Burgos was really sweet as well, took her time to exam my baby, she was very patient and made sure if I did any other questions or concerns. She and her staff are very knowledgeable, very experienced, friendly, and always thoroughly answer our questions and address our concerns. They make us feel welcomed, cared for,, and put our baby at ease. Going to Dr. Burgos feels like you are visiting a family friend who happens to also be a superb doctor. Despite living in Houston, both of my sisters in law have now switched their children over to Dr. Burgos, and have told me that they are very happy that they did so. Dr. Burgos and her staff are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and Dr. Burgos is equally at ease in both languages. If you are looking for a great pediatrician with a great staff, look no further. They will greet you with a smile and a pleasant demeanor, even if you are the last appointment of the day on a Friday afternoon, after they have had a long and exhausting week. Highly recommended!
